F.E.G. Forces Equine Games
Showcases Public Service Personnel
through the sport of equitation.
"There is a long tradition of soldiers on horse back. Many of these riders supplied security at the London 2012 Olympics.
What makes this show so different is that members of their families can compete!"
Richard Slee, ITV News
"We can’t thank you enough for selecting us as the benefiting charity for your prestigious event. Without support from organisations like yours, we couldn’t continue to provide our vital life-saving service. We are aware how much this means in equestrian circles – you never know when you might need us."
Kate Sawyer, The Air Ambulance Service
At F.E.G. even our own GB riders showed their support.
"We appreciated the wonderful support our troops provided at the London Olympics, this is our chance to give something back,"
Carl Hester, Courtesey of BBC News
"The freedom to compete without judgement, the family like environment. I feel so lucky to compete at such well organised events and it's an honour to ride with Forces Equine"
Kathryn Barnes, Police Dependant
"Forces Equine has given me the opportunity to ride alongside all members of the services. I love competing in uniform whilst representing my Police Force & Forces Equine"
PC Jenna Hastings, Hertfordshire Police
"Forces Equine allows me to ride with like minded people and enables me to be proud of what I do and how far I have come with the Fire Brigade and my horses"
Crew Manager Sally Walker, Cleveland Fire Service
"Forces Equine provides opportunities that I never thought possible. Debi Heath French has given me the belief that nothing is impossible if you work hard enough. Forces Equine gives us the opportunity to meet fantastic people who work hard for their country and everyone needs to know about this fantastic organisation."
PC Charlotte Lee, Dorset Police
"I must say joining Forces Equine is quite possibly one of the best things I've ever done in a long time! Gained heaps of confidence and really enjoyed coming along as everyone is so supportive and there is no pressure at all. You all do a top job! Thanks"
