AM I ELIGIBLE TO COMPETE?

If you are Serving, Ex-Serving, Staff of, a Dependant or friend of the forementioned (please see the "Are you affiliated to?" TAB) and you enjoy Dressage, Show Jumping & Equine Team Events then the Forces Equine Games is the competition for you.

This exclusive competition show cases the UK Public Services in the sport of equitation and you do not need to be a member of Forces Equine to take part (*Forces Equine Members will take priority. If classes are over subscribed non FE Members will enter a Ballot).

F.E.G. hosts the Forces Equine & British Dressage Associated Championships (which takes place at this competition) where you will need to be a member of both organisations to compete in that section.
Forces Equine Games - Am I eligable to compete?
Forces Equine Games is the UK's No.1 Public Services Equestrian Championships, hosted by Forces Equine, showcasing the UK Public Services & UK Armed Forces  through the sport of Equitation. It is being held on 4th, 5th & 6th September 2020 at Addington Equestrian Centre in Buckinghamshire and is open to all British Riding Clubs! (if the classes are over subscribed, BRC members will be balloted. Full refunds will be given on any balloted competitors).

Is there catering on site?

ARE DOGS ALLOWED ON SITE?

Your dog(s) may come too, but we respectfully ask they are kept on a lead at all times and you clean up after them.

Please ensure;
  • You have poo bags
  • Your dog is secure in either your vehicle or a lead at all times
  • Do not leave your dog(s) in a car at anytime
  • If your dog fouls, please clean it up. If you are caught not cleaning up after your dog you will be fined £50
  • Your dog is under adult supervison at all times

Can spectators attend?

We welcome all your friends, family, guests and members of the public to pop along and enjoy the fun at F.E.G. with the exception of the evening gala where an entry donation will apply (exception to competitors and their grooms).

Wrist bands will be required to enter the evening and are free to all competitors and their family/friends at registration.

Hospitality tables will be available for the Friday & Saturday evening. Details and prices to follow.

The Forces Equine Games

The Forces Equine Games is a National Equestrian Championships specifically for our Blue Lights service personnel including; 4x4 Response, Ambulance Service, Blood Bikes, Border Force, Cave Rescue, Community First Responders, Fire Service, Highways England Traffic Officer, Coastguard, HM Prison Service, Immigration Enforcement, Lowland Search and Rescue, Fire Service, Mountain Rescue, NHS, Police, Red Cross, RNLI, Search and Rescue, Second Line Responders, Social Care Workers, St Andrews Ambulance, St John Ambulance & UK Visas and Immigration.

The Championships also includes those members of the UK Armed Forces including; British Army, HM Armed Forces Veterans, MoD Fire, MoD Police, Reserve Armed Forces, Royal Air Force, Royal Marines, Royal Navy & Cadets.

Ex/Serving & Dependants of all of the above are entitled to compete in disciplines of Show Jumping, Dressage & Arena Eventing.
